No hidden costs. The day they were to come I got a call a near noon that the truck had broken down. This happens. We rescheduled for three days later. The installer showed up smoking. Didn't like the fact he was smoking but he was super nice, fast, and knew what he was doing. Also, no cigarette butts were left behind. We noticed after he left that the door didn't quite close all the way. We called Doans and he came back right away to fix it. All in all, I would totally recommend and use Doan's again. Thank you!

the installers were more than 2 hours later than the time we were given. I called the shop after two hours and since no one picked up I left a message. my call was returned several days later. I called the shop after two hours and since no one picked up I left a message. my call was returned several days later. Not good. But the installation was done efficiently and to a high standard. Just wish they had let us know they were behind schedule.
